Individual Therapy
How I Can Help ?
Confidential personal session that focuses on building strategy, skills, and insight to further personal and career goals, relationships, and challenging life events. As an RPC-C, I am here to assist those who are facing personal and professional challenges, challenge the learned behaviours and thought processes, and work on individuals' strengths to further grow and work through complicated issues.
Relationships are important to our overall health as social beings. When things are not right at home, work, or within other important relationships, we can often feel lost, abandoned, and dismayed. As a Professional Counsellor, I will work with you to refine communication and conflict resolution skills and help you achieve harmonious relationships.
A proven therapy option for those who are looking to sit in a safe space with individuals experiencing similar issues. We often learn and lean into those peers that relate to our situation. Group therapy is offered throughout the year based on need. These specialized groups are led and built around supporting specific issues.

How It Works
We start with a consultation call to make sure you are comfortable and we get a chance to chat about what is troubling you. It’s important to have an introduction and a sense of “knowing” what to expect and who you are going to be working with prior to choosing your counsellor. A complimentary 20-minute phone session is an important part of this process prior to booking your first appointment to ensure a good match for both the client and counsellor.
Your first scheduled appointment can be in person or online, whichever you prefer. This appointment is usually a bit longer as information is gathered and shared. We will discuss your future course of treatment at your first appointment.
